Bronco Test Setup
Distance Layout: The test is done over a distance of 120 meters, broken into 20-meter, 40-meter, and 60-meter segments.
Markers/Cones:
Place markers at 0 meters (starting point), 20 meters, 40 meters, and 60 meters.
Procedure
Starting Point:
Begin at the 0-meter marker.
Shuttle Runs:
Sprint from 0 to 20 meters, then back to the start, from 0 to 40 meters and back, and finally from 0 to 60 meters and back.
Completion of One Round: This sequence (20m, 40m, 60m and back) makes up one round, totaling 240 meters per round.
Total Rounds:
Players complete five rounds without rest, covering a total of 1,200 meters.
Timing and Scoring
Timing: The test is timed from the start to the completion of the fifth round.
Scoring:
A player's score is the total time taken to complete the five rounds, with lower times indicating better endurance and fitness levels..
